Business Development Manager - Micro Insurance

Responsibilities

• Understand insurance agency and micro insurance and finding new potential client for Thailand market upon those 2 model
• Negotiating and dealing with the new client and insurer to get the deal/expand business portfolio
• Tailor competitive quotes and proposals for clients
• Strategic thinking to help company growth
• Having a role as subject matter expertise to expand the future business
• Understanding internal dashboard and able to analyse also provide the requested data from management
• Understanding and follow the SOP of each department within the company and insurance company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years Business Development/Sales experience in digital-based company
• Having a wide knowledge about e-commerce insurance in Thailand
• Having a strong background in insurance and its compliance in Thailand
• Having an experience to handle insurance agency model in Thailand
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Have ability to operate Microsoft Offices and google environments.
• Having a creative thinking and analytical thinking skill to discover new opportunities
• Having a great Time and Project Management skills
