Responsibilities:
Lead the BD team to secure partnership or sponsorship deals, strategic to game teams' objectives to build a stronger gaming ecosystem, esports scene and community
Develop and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the objectives
Oversee end-to-end BD process from deal strategy, deal sourcing, deal negotiation, deal confirmation, deal execution and operations as well as post-analysis on the deal effectiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders
Work with various key parties including the game teams e.g. RoV, Free Fire, and FC Online, finance team, legal team to ensure smooth deal execution and operations
