Junior Business Analyst (Open to new grad)

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Solve complex business problems that drive the top and bottom-line growth across our service portfolio
• Build a rigorous set of analyses and insights that drive decision making, present findings and recommendations to Senior Management 
• Execute to ensure results are realized, diving deep into each business on the ground
• Collaborate across teams (e.g., business, operation, product) to drive project results
• Challenge our thinking by sharing your views on other parts of the business
• Learn & adapt, ticking all the above boxes might be nearly impossible; thus, lacking on certain aspects are fine, as long as you are open to learn, receive guidance, and partner with team members in unfamiliar areas

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of conducting in-depth analyses and executing to drive the results are preferred
• Strong analytical skills, ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Able to work independently, enjoy finding answers and working with others from high level guidance 
• Hands-on approach to problem solving and executing, not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent welcome. Engineering, business, accounting, finance, economics, science, or mathematical degree 
• Extra curricular activities which demonstrate leadership is preferred
