Responsibilities:
GPSC, PTT Group's Power Flagship, has been founded on 10th January 2013 through the amalgamation of PTTUT and IPT to be the power flagship of PTT Group. Its core business is to generate and supply electricity, steam, and processed water to its customers.
- Set up and maintain the customer database and manage control documents.
- Support customer intelligence information database in a part of Commercial.
- Support reports the monthly sales summary and variance report then compares with the planned budget.
- Support and maintain Customer Relationship Management platform.
- Support transaction of Third-Party Access and any Green Certificate
- Support yearly customer satisfaction survey.
- Set up the budget and manage the expenses of the department/unit/division.
- Complete other jobs as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of working experience preferably in energy business or related field.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English to deal with various departments.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal Skill
- Service-minded
- Knowledge of the energy industry.
