Assist preparation and presentation of annual budgets and business plans for the operation.
Responsible for performance tracking against targets and providing recommendations to improve effectiveness, identify business opportunities, and correction plans.
Perform lease analysis, cost and budget analysis, and CAPEX request analysis performing ad-hoc financial analysis, evaluate potential new leases and/or lease restructuring potential capital investments and restructuring etc.,
Perform other related duties as required.
Key Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or other related fields.
At least 1 year of exp. in a retail business, finance audit, or other related fields.
Real estate experience is preferred.
Good team player with analytical and systematic thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple demands to meet and exceed the expectations of the business and stakeholders.
Have knowledge skills in using Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.,
