Support a disciplined Deposit Pricing process that drives cost effective deposit growth to fund the bank’s balance sheet
Create and maintain a list of all the products and services under management
Maintain up to date documented competitive and market analysis
Maintain Product Development Roadmap for Deposits and ATM/debit card products, constantly incorporating enhancements to existing products and the launch of new products, based on competitive analysis and in partnership with Sales and Business heads
Research and document detailed product requirements to ensure that products meet business needs, performance objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Provide analytical support by monitoring, analyzing existing product performance and providing actionable insights
In partnership with Marketing & Branch and Wealth team, support the execution of marketing plans for products under management
Be a source of product information for all stakeholders of the bank including training and communicating product features, benefits and performance through formal presentations and bank-wide written communications
Address customer complaints and issues in a timely fashion and recommend enhancements to current processes to improve customer experience
Support other operational and administrative tasks for the units as needed
Critical Experiences for deposits product manager:
Knowledge of deposit and payment products, especially interest-bearing savings accounts, time deposits, and money market products.
Develop and implement rate strategies for retail banking and recommends strategies and implements effective marketing plans.
Role requires solid business acumen and strategic thinking and insight
Strong Client Focus & business acumen
Ability to work effectively with service partners across different platforms
Work well in a cross-functional environment and motivate team members
Qualification:
Thorough knowledge of Retail business banking products and services in area of responsibility
Excellent analytical and organizational skills including database analysis, spreadsheet analysis, advertising, and research
Strong sense of customer centricity
Excellent PC application skills including Excel, Word and PPT
University Degree with at least 5 years working experience in product and/or process management preferred
Self-motivated team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
