INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Major driven to support the investment projects to achieved Return on Investment (ROI) on time/cost.
• Advisory and provide solution to Project Group on Project Management issue and Microsoft Project consultation.
• Gatekeeper of the investment projects data in term of Assets database such as Opening date, Area program, Planned / Actual Development Cost and more.
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of the investment projects on time/cost.
• Ensure Project Group to update weekly progress on Microsoft Project for upper management review.
• Create and share the tool to Project Group to use to effectively alert and manage timeline, cost, pending issues for the project.
• Coordinate and work with cross-functional team across business units to maximize and synergize AWC’s project improvement by implement Project’s development workflow process.
• Analyze any potential problem, provide solution, and notify to Head of Investment Management for keeping project execution smoothly.
• Provide reports relevant to supervisor’s requests.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s and/or with Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architect or related field, must understand Thailand building laws and regulation.
• Understand basic feasibility study in real estat or construction management of high-rise projects, especially experience in Hotel, Retail, Commercial business is advantage.
• Understand design and construction drawings.
• CAN-DO Attitude with taking a proactive approach and embracing challenge to achieve results.
• Strong ownership mindset, cross- functional working, plus result-driven
