Collaborate with leadership to understand and implement sales strategies for assigned segments.
Assist in creating and executing aggressive sales programs to increase business.
Participate in developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan (revenue, customers, market).
Support the development and execution of internal and external promotions.
Provide leadership and set ambitious personal booking goals to drive revenue growth.
Recommend achievable booking goals for team members.
Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated sales efforts.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to secure future bookings (sales calls, events, trade shows).
Develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base.
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth and accurate transfer of information to Event Management.
Assist with daily sales activities related to MICE segments (site inspections, presentations).
Conduct hotel inspections for clients and maintain excellent product knowledge.
Participate in sales calls alongside the team to acquire and close new business.
Oversee operational aspects of booked business (proposals, contracts, customer communication).
Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and economic factors to inform sales strategies.
Handle complex customer situations with high revenue potential and expectations.
Exemplify excellent customer service and set a positive example for guest relations.
Gather guest feedback on product quality, service levels, and overall satisfaction.
Implement company service and relationship strategies to drive customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years in sales experience in luxury hotel sector with an understanding of key markets, strong network of appropriate social/business connections within the key markets that they will be operating.)
