Assistant Field Execution Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales target
• Monitor KPIs, Review & prepare action plan
• Monitor marketing / visibility program execution efficiently to increase sales
• Control over monthly operation expenses
• Develop FE. Supervisor skills up to company standard
• Build relationship with store management level
• Implement standard process as MTTU principle.
• Provide monthly market review

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in OT. Execution or Sales supervisor
• Good communication skill
• Good planning and managing performance of self and team
• Good relationship building and teamwork
• Work well under pressure
• Able to work in upcountry
• Computer literature in Microsoft Office
• Fair command in English
