Sales Strategy: Liaise with global sales teams, clinic directors, and property sales teams to define and execute global sales strategies for targeted markets.
Business Development: Identify and attend international trade shows, sales trips and industry functions to actively promote Minor’s spa and wellness brands, and facilitate inspection visits for travel agents, tour operators, specialist agents and other key clients.
Business Analysis: Track, report and improve upon actual performance metrics of all sales initiatives, adjust with the market needs and realize areas of improvement in the sales strategy.
Sales Reporting: Develop, execute, and report on monthly sales activity plan.
Annual Budgeting: Works with corporate spa, property, and clinic teams on annual budgets to ensure proper pricing, segmentation, and resources for execution of sales strategy.
New Product Development - Work closely with Commercial Director to identify new trends and business opportunities and develop strategies to meet market demands, capture new business, and drive new revenue.
Brand Awareness – Build awareness of Minor’s spa and wellness brands and help establish Minor Hotels as a key player and market leader in the industry.
Qualifications
8 years of progressive sales experience at a global level
In-depth knowledge of the spa & wellness market preferred
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
Established relationships with agencies and key decision-makers in the industry
Overseas travel up to 50%
Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language (verbal and written)
