New Retail Direct Store Manager
Job Description:
1. Timely implementation of store construction, including but not limited to site selection, design, decoration, opening and other whole-process management; Coordinate communication and cooperation with internal organizations to ensure that the project is completed on time and with high quality;
2. Store management: responsible for formulating store operation strategy implementation, including staffing, product management, customer service, etc., to ensure operational efficiency and service quality; Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to enhance store brand image and sales performance; Monitor and analyze operational data, adjust operational strategies in a timely manner, and ensure the achievement of operational goals;
3. Team management and training: Responsible for the management and training of the store operation team, formulate and implement training plans, and improve the overall quality and service level of the team;
4. Market research and analysis: Regularly carry out market research, analyze competitors and market trends, and provide data support and decision-making basis for the construction and operation of stores; Collect and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Have a strong sense of purpose for store retail, and have a good spirit of cooperation and ownership
2. Served as a Mijia store manager or store supervisor, understand the new retail business model in China, and be familiar with the store operation process;
3. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, CET6 or above, plus points for minor languages
