Gather, Understand and Translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions.
Manage and implement the overall project process along with project operations monitoring.
Cooperate with developer team lead and the project team in prioritizing the development and implementation tasks to assure on-time delivery with qualified products reaching customer satisfaction.
Liaise between the Business team and the internal team to verify all requirements to identify the scope of work.
Write clear and well-structured business/functional requirements/documents.
Report project progress to project owner and person in charge regularly and also organize a meeting for internal team and customers.
Planning and coordinating all project tasks (requirements gathering, analysis, communications, training, and progress reporting against plan) to ensure successfully completed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in BA/PMO / Project Management for Supply Chain, Store Operation, Inventory, integration POS and related fields.
Able to perform complex Business Process Design/Optimization, Functional Design and/or Software Selection
Knowledge in Project Implementation Life Cycle
Have good communication skills, comfortable to work with internal and external teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Background in retails business and ERP is preferable.
