Designing an effective commission scheme and conducting a cost simulation to align with business
Coordinate with sales departments to ensure sales motivation while managing commissions within budget
Optimize the compensation plan to align with sales goals and profitability
Streamline and execute calculating commission for timely and accurate monthly payments
Create a detailed and accurate commission document that includes all necessary terms, conditions, and figures related to the commission structure and agreement signing
The Responsibility
Calculate monthly commission payments and provide payroll with the payment details, Process Payments on Time
Designing and performing an in-depth analysis of a commission scheme, including simulations to analyze costs - analyze sales performance commission costs.
Oversee channels’ and products’ profitability
Able to use sales compensation management system effectively. Be able to justify basic disputes
Prepare a report on the commission
The Qualification
Experienced and passionate in numbers-cruncher with excellent data-driven analytical skills and a strong business sense
Simplifying sense & presentation skills - ability to interpret complex context to engage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders comfortable with working with multi-sources data and well-organize & centralize data processing
Experienced in Excel, Power point, SQL is a plus
Solution-oriented, high level of ownership
Good in English, both written and orally
