Job Description
You will manage visa and work permit processes, including preparation, renewal, and cancellation for our foreign team members. You will stay updated on regulatory changes and advise team members on visa and work permit-related queries.
You will be essential in finding and hiring the best talent for our organization. You will create and execute recruitment plans, oversee the entire recruitment process, and establish good rapport with hiring managers and candidates. You will aim to ensure that our company hires and retains top talent, supporting its success and growth.
You will not only be involved in managing the People & Culture function but also in ensuring the success of the hotel through effective business planning, talent management, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our team members throughout their journey.
