Ground Recruiter (SPX Express)

Job Description

• Prepare and take part in planning meetings with hiring managers to guarantee that all hiring procedures will be carried out efficiently.
• Arrange end-to-end recruitment activities for inside and outside office according to business needs.
• Handle the recruiting manager's expectations and set interview processes.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Evaluate the knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes of applications.
• To ensure a smooth experience, manage offers, negotiate, and assist new hires.
• For Ground Lead, need to control team KPI and be an advisor for a team

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of any field
• Experienced to conduct competency based assessment, able to interview and assess the candidates comprehensively
• Target driven and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong data analysis, Independent, creative with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills
• Basic Microsoft Office/ Google Suite is required
