Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization that align with the company's mission and goals.
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes.
Led and drove effective Organization Development Projects to organizations such as organization structure, job evaluation, job redesign, career path management, talent management & succession plan, organization culture, etc. to align with business needs and challenges.
Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
Conduct job interviews for managerial positions or key positions in the organization.
Support current and future business needs through the strategic people development plan to build engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Design and implement effective and competitive compensation programs to attract, retain, and engage employees while aligning with the company’s overall business goals.
Manage and propose a new performance evaluation system that drives high performance.
Develop and implement strategic knowledge management and knowledge-sharing activities.
Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data and knowledge management.
Provide consultation and support to management teams on all HR-related issues that drive business performance.
Manage organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
Set, monitor, and manage HRM’s budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
10-15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. At least 5 years of experience in Management level.
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management.
Tactical expertise and knowledge of employment legislation, and legal regulations.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Be proactive leadership manner, exceptional collaboration, and influence.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English.
