หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Establish policies and guidelines for human resources management within the organization, covering workforce planning, recruitment, development, training, labor relations, and administrative tasks, and present them to management.
Define strategies and plans related to human resources and administration to align with the organization's policies, goals, and direction.
Implement systems for managing various aspects of human resources, including Career Path, compensation structures, performance management, employee training and development, Career & Succession Planning, security protocols, and organizational culture development.
Ensure and manage operations in compliance with various certified standard, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, as well as standards required by customers.
Provide recommendations and advice related to human resources management that are appropriated, aligned with the organization's policies, direction, circumstances, and the issues that arise within the organization.
Manage, control and carry out activities related to human resources management in accordance with the set goals and plans.
Supervise, oversee, provide guidance, and advise subordinates in their work to align with set goals and plans.
Train and develop the capabilities of subordinates to work efficiently and continuously improve their skills in order to increase the productivity.
Provide consultation and guidance on personnel management to various departments to establish organizational HR standards.
Manage and control activities related to human resources management to align with set goals and plans.
Supervise, guide, and advise subordinates in their work to align with set goals and plans.
Offer consultation and guidance on personnel management to various departments and units to establish organizational HR standards.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 system requirements.
Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and the SAP system.
