Initiate ideas, developing of menu and product concepts across food menus, understand who is end customers and how products to be consumed by customers.
Build a relationship with customers with competitive solution that meet customer & business requirement.
Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, the Research, Development and Applications teams supporting key customer projects through culinary advice and technical support for new growth opportunities.
Driving application of all technologies within a specific customers or geography and delivery of leading insightful customer product presentations and customer product demos.
Develop a full understanding of the Kerry collection, portfolio and business capability, and delivery to support new customer concepts.
Awareness of markets, consumer, and restaurant trends, applying this knowledge in product innovations.
Development gold standard recipes based on innovation and customer briefs and improve Kerry products offer by identifying gap and innovation to fill the gap with scientists.
Facilitate product evaluations and assisting scientists with flavour profiling of products, during the development process.
Effectively use enthusiasm, creativity, strong culinary skills, and commercial acumen to actively sell the benefits and added value for each concept developed.
Customer facing role working with stakeholders to develop relationship, cost competitive solutions that meet customer & business requirements.
Qualifications And Skills
Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent academic study.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in food industry, catering, or restaurant environments.
Expertise in food/menu innovation and market awareness.
Build relationships with stakeholders in key accounts and internally and use this relationship to drive valuable business opportunities for Kerry and the customer, work across functionally.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong in Foodservice, Retail and Hospitality knowledge is beneficial.
International cuisine trend with good knowledge of cuisines, focusing on SEA, Japanese cuisine is plus.
Fluent in both Thai and English languages.
