Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand and offers the flexibility of full-time office-based work or a combination of in-office and remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Food Safety marketing initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration aimed at achieving impactful growth.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Food Safety, integrating digital strategies to meet brand objectives and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the global Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and effective contribution to business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with counterparts across NEOGEN’s global sites, ensuring a coordinated approach and sharing of best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, practices, and competitor activities. Develop a deep understanding of target customers and markets to ensure accurate positioning and value propositions in marketing output.
• Create and implement insight-driven marketing campaigns, product launches, and initiatives tailored to key target markets and customers through appropriate channels, considering cultural differences and needs.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, awareness, and gather insights.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring value for money and measuring ROI. Understand the P&L and actively manage all marketing costs impacting it.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills with experience in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
• Experienced marketer with strong commercial and technical acumen and demonstrated strategic ability. Skilled at integrating market intelligence into marketing strategies.
• Track record of anticipating customer needs, planning and executing marketing projects to address these needs, and measuring their impact.
• Ability to research and synthesize technical/scientific information to produce clear, well-rounded content appropriate for various communication channels and audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear and engaging stories and messages.
• Strong organizational and project management skills. Deadline-driven, well-organized, focused, self-disciplined, and pragmatic, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage detail effectively.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and friendly attitude with a strong desire to improve skills and enhance business processes.
