Oversee and develop the content/advertising strategy and social media platforms for the institution, including Website, Facebook/Instagram, LineOA, and other online and offline marketing channels, aligning them with the brand and target audience to enhance the institution's image and build customer base.
Possess knowledge of online advertising, including Facebook Ads, SEO, and SEM.
Manage and plan marketing activities, campaigns, events, promotions, and public relations in accordance with the allocated budget, supporting the institution's sales efforts.
Analyze marketing data, competitor analysis, and develop marketing strategies that align with the target audience and company objectives, adapting strategies to industry changes.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, graphic designers, and external partners or clients to ensure the efficiency of marketing operations and brand sales.
Demonstrate understanding of business operations, customer needs, economic trends, and industry dynamics.
Knowledge of WordPress and Pixel Tracking is a plus.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Open to recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, communications, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in other fields with 1-2 years of relevant marketing work experience will also be considered.
