Merchandiser (Import-Export)

ลักษณะงาน

• สรรหาสินค้าใหม่จากต่างประเทศ เพื่อเพิ่มความหลากหลายให้สินค้า
• รับ Product inquiry มาจากทาง Merchandise และสรรหาสินค้าเพื่อให้ตรงกับความต้องการของทาง Merchandise แต่ละทีม
• ติดต่อโดยตรงกับ Supplier ต่างประเทศ ลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากคนกลาง
• ควบคุมต้นทุนและค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเข้าสินค้า โดยการเจรจาเรื่องราคากับทาง Supplier ต่างประเทศและ/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเข้ากับ Import agent เพื่อให้ได้ต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม สมเหตุสมผล และเพื่อให้ได้ GP และราคาขายที่เป็นไปตามทที่ทาง Merchandise กำหนด
• ติดตามการทำงานของ Supplier ต่างประเทศ และ Import agent เพื่อให้การนำเข้ามีความรวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆภายในองค์กร และนอกองค์กรเพื่อให้งานมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุด
• หาโอกาสในการส่งออกสินค้าไปยัง 7-Eleven ในต่างประเทศ

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 1 years’ experience in International business, Import – Export in the role of merchandise or purchasing or related
• Good English skill competency (TOEIC 650+)
• Basic knowledge of Inco-term, shipping document & custom clearance process
• Good Skills of Microsoft office Word, Excel, Power Point and Presentation skills
• Relationship building, service mind attitude, well organized and prioritize works
• Fair of problem solving
• Able to travel abroad from time to time
