Marketing Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, email, social media, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, sales, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and branding.
Analyze campaign performance data to measure success and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and achieve business goals.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute campaign deliverables.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including ads, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the specific industry, e.g., financial services, technology, consumer goods.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
