Manage and analyze personal loan portfolios efficiently and generate growth regarding to the targets/company’s KPI (Personal Loans Portfolio Management)
Analyze data on personal loan consumer behavior and understand the needs of members in each targeted group directly (Customer Behavior Analysis)
Determine strategies and marketing plans that are suitable for each target group effectively (Marketing Plan and Segmentation Strategy)
Set up marketing campaigns that are related to the established strategy (Marketing Campaign Execution), and make sure to monitor and evaluate the success of each project (Campaign Monitoring and Evaluation) in a long run
Develop personal loan products and services to be competitive in the market and meet the needs of members efficiently (Product Features and Services Enhancement)
Prepare projects to build product loyalty and satisfaction to customers Maximum members (Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction)
Develop online marketing channels to meet the needs of members (Online Marketing)
Establish projects to promote financial and loan products knowledge to members (Financial Literacy)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 8 years working experience in personal loan marketing
Good interpersonal relationship and able to adapt to the new environment
Understand the basic of offline and online marketing
Strong analytical skills to identify new market opportunities
Skills in planning, presenting, managing, and negotiation
Effective communication skills in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
High experience in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
