Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup short-term and long-term marketing goals which in line with the company's direction.
• Transform corporate goals and KPIs into Marketing department KPIs and develop action plans to support the achievement of the business operation objectives.
• Develop and oversee the execution of marketing strategic plan and activities with the use of promotions, events, campaigns, partnerships, and branding to drive the achievement of the corporate's goals.
• Lead the use of integrated channels both traditional and digital to target customers and build brand awareness.
• Setup guideline for all marketing communications to promote the right message about company while enhancing brand image.
• Drive collaboration with business functions to develop new products and service offerings.
• Ensure effective control of marketing results and identify performance improvement opportunity and develop success-driven plans.
• Oversee the disbursement of marketing promotion activities within the approved budget as well as the effectiveness of marketing spending.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Foster business relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners as well as identify and develop relationship with new business partners.
• Define staff development strategies by coaching, mentoring and engaging in career discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership experience in driving marketing strategies, ideally in the financial services industry.
• In-depth understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies and tools to drive business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure and optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams and driving results.
• Experience in budget management and performance evaluation of marketing spend.
