Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies for fiat on/off-ramp products, including P2P, fiat channels, local agent networks, and KOL/KOC partnerships
Design and localize market-specific growth playbooks tailored to regional user behavior
Lead multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, offline activations, referral/rebate programs, and more
Monitor the full conversion funnel and user behavior data to identify drop-offs and drive continuous optimization
Collaborate closely with Product, BD, and Payments teams to support integration of local payment methods (e.g., mobile wallets, bank transfers)
Qualifications:
Proven track record in performance-driven user acquisition, especially rebate or volume-based growth models
5+ years of hands-on experience in regional growth or marketing operations, with multi-country execution exposure
Deep understanding of fiat payment systems and exchange on/off-ramp mechanics
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work with compliance, risk, and AML teams to identify and mitigate risks
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Posses a sharp, fast-thinking mind and ability to deliver under pressure
Strong analytical skills and market insight with a bias toward data-driven decisions
