Responsibilities:
Lead and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, focusing on customer acquisition and ROAS.
Collaborate with content, creative, and influencer teams to produce thumb-stopping creatives.
Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate — and turn insights into actions.
Run A/B testing, analyze customer journey data, and iterate for higher performance.
Plan and optimize marketing budgets and campaign structures for scale.
Stay updated on platform changes, ad formats, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, especially Facebook & TikTok Ads.
Strong portfolio of results: campaign growth, scaling ROAS, reducing CPA.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and other key tools.
Strategic mindset with hands-on ability — you can both plan and execute.
Bonus if you’ve worked on e-commerce, education, or multi-SKU products.
