Campaign Management: Assist in planning, leading the execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and deadlines.
Asset Development: Lead the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
Project Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for all marketing projects, collaborating closely with internal teams (such as design, digital, PR, events, and VM) and brand teams, as well as coordinating with external vendors and third parties, including photographers, stylists, agencies, and event-related vendors.
Operational Support: Handle day-to-day marketing operations, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, managing resources to ensure the timely execution of campaigns, and performing administrative tasks with vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals, fostering a cooperative environment that encourages innovative ideas and solutions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or project management, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, retail industries, or a creative agency.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure well.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in both Thai and English.
