Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services
• Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and guest lists
• Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience in event planning or coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event planning software
