The day-to-day activities
- End-to-end responsibility for successfully launching and delivering offline ad campaigns throughout the Grab ecosystem within the timeline by coordinating with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Be the key person in charge of working with our Offline media partner(s) in order to deliver a successful campaign to our clients.
- Be an expert in Offline media operations, requirements, and troubleshooting.
- Lead cadence meetings with our key partners/resellers regarding sales pipelines to make sure that we hit the offline media target
- Create campaign reports that include but not limited to campaign snapshots and data reporting
- Communicate with clients and agency partners directly to troubleshoot any issue that may arise
- Ensure a smooth collaboration with Finance that includes on-time and accurate month-end financial close on a manual and automated basis.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has positive energy with a can-do attitude. Enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of offline media operations experience or on-ground marketing executions/activations e.g. event organization, on-the-road activations, troop.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across various levels of stakeholders
- A self-starter who can motivate people despite not having an initial direct reporting line
- Able to learn and understand about:-
- Media advertising landscape in Thailand both digital and offline.
- Online to Offline (O2O) and Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy
- The demand from brands and agencies for Fleet advertising
- Creative ideas for O2O solutions
- Thai Nationality, Fluent in Thai. Communicative English skills.
