Senior Associate, Mobility Business

Job Description

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Own and drive key business performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to drive and capture growth for mobility business with sharp focus on affordability services
• Transform large sets of data to
• identify room for marketplace improvement, propose and drive execution plan
• track and assess performance of initiatives and come up with next steps
• Manage multiple, critical, time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective execution
• Onground visit key cities to gather insights, opportunities for both drivers and passengers and propose growth strategies

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fields
• 2-3 years work experience
• A passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and a flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
• Very good English proficiency

• Work experience in data analysis, project management
• SQL proficiency
