Own and drive key business performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to drive and capture growth for mobility business with sharp focus on affordability services
Transform large sets of data to
identify room for marketplace improvement, propose and drive execution plan
track and assess performance of initiatives and come up with next steps
Manage multiple, critical, time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective execution
Onground visit key cities to gather insights, opportunities for both drivers and passengers and propose growth strategies
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fields
2-3 years work experience
A passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis and project management skills
Ability to work independently and a flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
Very good English proficiency
