Sales Specialist - Cooperate and MICE

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target corporate and MICE clients
• Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals to drive revenue growth
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to improve strategies

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or related field
• Proficiency in confidentiality, customer satisfaction, direct sales, negotiation, sales and marketing, supervisory skills, and working experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
