Sales Manager - Modern Trade

Job description : 

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Keep record of sales trends
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Analyze and forecast sales in department  
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a sales manager more than 5 years 
• Responsibility in Modern Trade channel (Big C , Lotus , Makro , Super Market , etc.)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and related program
• Strong communication and team management skills
