Sales Director

About the role

As a Senior Sales Director at our Luxury Hospitality & Residential Company, you will be a key player in driving sales growth and revenue generation. With a background in Hospitality and Luxury Sales of at least 5 years, you will lead our sales team at our Phuket Office and report directly to the CEO. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and take your sales management skills to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiative & strategic sales growth planning to achieve revenue targets
• Develop revenue growing plans and manage P&L effectively
• Enhance sales management processes and strategies
• Drive customer service management to ensure high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

• Demonstrated luxury sales management skills in Villas, Hotels, Residential properties, etc.
• Strong connections with customers and vendors in the industry
• Proven P&L management capabilities
• Expertise in strategic sales growth management
• Effective cost management skills
• Experience in people management and leadership
• Fluency in English with excellent conversation and writing skills (10/10)
• Proficiency in report and presentation skills
