Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Plan and execute sales management strategies to achieve sales targets in the modern trade channel.
• Market Expansion: Expand market share, analyze sales in/out with PSI, and compare % growth by channel.
• Profit Optimization: Optimize sales profit in the MDT channel according to the set goals.
• Product Management: Propose new product line-ups and manage product mix in each category.
• Retail Management: Cooperate with PCs and maintain relationships with store managers for effective retail management.
• Team Communication: Communicate with PC leaders and PCs at stores to increase sales volume and solve any problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the modern trade sector.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain good relationships with customers and store managers.
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
