BOI Officer

Job Description

• Processing, and retaining all documentation concerning BOI requirements
• Start new project, Control max stock, Handle formulas (new, old, revise)
• Applying for BOI approval for raw materials, extension or revision BOI privilege and scrap report
• Compose, prepare, edit letters and contact BOI and IC for import and cut stock raw material
• Arrange customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics and import and export entry document
• Coordinate with warehouse/planning for incoming goods and direct deliveries to customers. Monitor and ensure the export shipment in accordance with the required delivery to customers
• Coordinate with engineering for incoming equipment, machineries, and direct deliveries to plant
• Coordinate with financial and all stake holders to ensure of compliance per BOI and Revenue Department
• Overseeing operations of transportation, trucks and other related matters and other logistics management
• Oversee BOI related issues include import raw material and machine under BOI privileges, administrating EMT and RMTS system, product formula and waste management
• Support business under BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits under BOI
• Apply for permission to send Scrap (outside the formula) abroad.
• Apply for approval to cut stock (outside the formula) abroad.
• Apply for approval of the release of machines and spare parts in eMT system, and cut off accounts for machines and spare parts that have been in use for more than 5 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Working experienced in BOI
• Familiar with IC system
• Working experienced with trading company
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Good Command of PC literacy
• Good coordination skill, negotiation skill and communication skill
• Proactive, enthusiastic, self – confident, Logical thinking
