Identify, develop, and execute strategic plans to grow sales in assigned industries and key accounts, including plans to grow total Tencent media sales.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including new clients both direct and agencies.
Coordinate with product and content managers to support partnerships by aligning online, offline, and in-app marketing efforts.
Develop and track metrics to measure the success of the client's campaign activities
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Digital, Tech or related field.
Experience in managing multi-channel online campaigns for major brands will be an advantage.
Negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing and implementing deals.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under intense deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinker who is proactive and strategic in their approach.
Energetic, creative, flexible, and have a passion for working in a highly dynamic industry.
Fluent in both Thai and English.
