Focus on foods category and provide support to develop and set up e-commerce strategy to improve owner website, marketplace, delivery application performance and satisfy customers effectively
Lead online marketing operations following directions and strategies, along with manage e-commerce channels including item set up process, product category pages, product imagery, and relevant contents on organizational sites to ensure products for sales and support gross sales
Manage and examine analysis and research for category performance, key trends, and target group to expand current online customer purchasing opportunities to support business operations
Build and manage customer base through compelling messaging and visual merchandising to support business gross sales
Develop competitive pricing for customers to support e-commerce gross sales
Manage and assess feedbacks from customers to improve and enhance productivity of sales channel including websites and other digital media, and satisfy customers effectively
Coordinate with relevant functions including marketing, product, IT and supply chain to ensure product delivery and category performance quickly and efficiently
Monitor making summary report of e-commerce operations to improve online marketing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 4 -7 years’ experience in related field and 1-2 years of team management
Experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, Delivery App, and Owner website is plus
Experience in Adobe Tools, Visualization, HTML, Power BI is an advantage
Have strong communication skills
Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Have Data analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
