Coordinate and preparing sales proposals and other sales-related documents, and follow up invoices with internal teams
Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling documentation, maintaining sales records, and organizing sales-related files and databases
A point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and providing information about products or services to both new and existing customers
Facilitate communication and coordination between the sales team and other internal departments such as marketing, customer service, finance, education services, and logistics
Act as the behind-the-scenes support for sales and education service representatives
Able to work upcountry (Case by case)
Job Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and coordination skills
Possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
Develop and implement document management systems and procedures
Strong personality with public speaking skill
Ability to drive and possess driving license is an advantage
