Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coach and provide feedback to the store team to deliver excellent customer experience
• Establish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store team
• Lead, inspire and manage a high performing, positive store team
• Build in-store relationships with all levels of management and store team to achieve goals / sales budget
• Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth
• Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies and initiatives
• Maintain a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimize sales of the available inventory

Qualifications

• Strong in performance management and team development
• Fluent in English communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Able to teach skills in customer service, selling and operations
• Have knowledge or experience in the sale of silk clothes
