Senior Employee Relation Specialist
Responsibilities
Plan and implement projects by organizing various activities such as team building, employee birthday celebrations, and events on important occasions to promote employee happiness and reinforce the organization’s core values.
Develop and execute initiatives to effectively communicate important information and updates within the organization.
Analyze data and evaluate employee satisfaction outcomes from post-event surveys following the implementation of various projects.
Collaborate with various internal teams such as HRBP, HR, PPO, and others.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and organizing internal corporate events.
Strong coordination, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Proficient in English communication.
