Organizational Structure & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with related functions across the organization to strategically develop an organizational structure and workforce planning that drive desired behaviors and support the achievement of strategic business objectives and goals.
Job Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and perform job evaluations to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities, and the organization achieves expected outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with Line Managers, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and HR Centers of Excellence (HR CoE) to ensure the effective implementation of organizational structure, job descriptions, and job evaluations.
Shared Services Management: Manage shared services between Thaioil and its affiliates to foster synergistic efforts within the Thaioil Group.
Research & Development: Conduct research, benchmarking, and analytics through various methods to analyze and develop organizational design solutions and initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Professional Experience: New graduates and/or candidates with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Job Analysis and Evaluation, HR Business Partnering, Work Process Improvement, Organization Development, or Strategic Planning.
Other Requirements
TOEIC Score: A minimum score of 550 is required.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English, including negotiation and presentation skills.
