In this role, you will get to:
- Assist with technology role recruitment processes
- Engage in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Participate in People Operations projects, including onboarding and intern programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create people team contents, assist in job fairs, connect with universities, and referral program
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
You'll be successful if you have:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any areas
- Strong interest in talent acquisition/recruitment with well-versed communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with learning agility
- Passion in technology area (AI, data anaytics, machine learning, data science)
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Thai
Internship duration: At least 2 months
