Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration for the mineral water portfolio across modern trade, general trade, and HORECA channels. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.
Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives including promotions, merchandising, and POS (Point of Sale) materials to increase brand visibility and drive product demand.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor sales performance and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in selling products in modern trade channel, but experience in general trade and HORECA channels are also preferred.
Results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
