Assistant Contract Manager
Responsibilities:
• Ability to define and lead Thailand Go-To-Market strategy to acquire and develop new medium and large hotel partners to achieve company strategy.
• Prospecting and understanding customer business requirements, pain-points and in a clear and concise manner, position our digital media solutions that are viable option for clients
• Identifying, negotiating, contracting, directing and managing relationships with independent, boutique & chain hotels in assigned markets.
• Meet and exceed aggressive and growing department strategy on a quarterly basis.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of MHG to marketers and drive sales.
• Self-starter with proven experience in effectively managing contract department communicate proactively with clients throughout the sign-up process and lead by example.
• Results driven attitude and able to think out of the box to contribute creatively towards
• Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with different offices, vertical sales, client management and solutions teams to develop strong Go-To-Market strategy.

• Proven & excellent negotiating skills, understands industry contracts and negotiations.
• Analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking capability, result oriented attitude
• Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently and cross-functionally
• Must be comfortable and competent in communications with veteran sales executives and commercial leadership
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present at internal and external events
• Ability to speak English and Thai is a requirement.
