About the this position involves growing Danone's business in Southeast Asia by developing marketing plans, key account management, and route to market strategies. The role requires coordination with customers to achieve sales volume, market share, and distribution targets in line with DANONE's policies.
Responsible for the marketing, sales and customer services of the clients’ needs and manage the preparation of documents for company exportation.
Coordinator with oversea customers and co-build business plan.
Seek for new trade opportunities and penetrate new markets to expand the business.
Responsible for sales target and build long-term relationship with importer and key accounts.
Ensures the operational and financial performance, aligns budget to market, ensures the accuracy of results, reviews financial results with teams, and implements adjustments as required.
Collaborates and aligns with cross-functional on local strategy, campaigns, participating in meetings, supporting large or key customers, and seeks ways to gain competitive advantages.
Prepare sales related documents such as quotation, sales order including other sales related documents.
Responsible for forecasting and monitoring the logistics/shipping business trends and takes necessary actions to keep up with the current market.
About You
Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration or any related field.
At least 3 years experience in in Export Sales or related field.
Export experience in Asia, especially in Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar.
Preferably working in an FMCG environment.
Good command of English both written, spoken.
