Get to know the Role:
You will set the sales targets with the Client Partner Manager, define sales strategies and implement them.
You’ll work cross-functionally with many stakeholders from Marketing, Rewards, Payments, Food, Enterprise & Business Development to package compelling solutions & identify new client opportunities. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing advertisers positive results.
The day-to-day activities:
- Pitch & win clients for GrabAds campaigns
- Lead & Strategise existing key accounts
- Think strategically, be agile, have great negotiation skills, and be solution-driven.
- 60% Hunting new business; 40% Farming existing accounts
- Pipeline management, sales forecasting, and key sales reports with business KPIs
- Experience servicing Media Agencies and have existing relationships with most key agency partners & direct brands
- Work cohesively with different teams in Grab to develop integrated solutions for clients
- Someone impactful with communication and results-driven
- Have a clear knack for winning media briefs, creating pitches for long-term/short-term wins
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in a quota carrying role
- Digital Media sales experience preferred
- Sales knowledge of the end to end sales cycle from identifying, prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/high volume at one go
- Pleasant disposition and comfortable facing client
