Accountibilities:

• Planning a sales strategy market analysis and competitor information in order to prepare Proposition and Solution to suit the sales plan for corporate customers achieve the goals set by the company
• Manage the support team of each segment & MDU Roll out to have potential to increase new sales revenue. and maintain corporate customer base
• Manage the MDU Retention & Channel Care team (1643) to maintain customer base for satisfaction and to be a continuous member.
• Manage Operation (CMDU&IMDU) to support reports, data, documents and various promotional activities.
• Planning various budgets and preparing communication plans, producing various media and supporting equipment for all types of corporate sales channels. as a tool to drive sales to achieve goals
• Plan, prepare and pay compensation for each proposition to drive sales. by presenting to the Board of Directors (committee) in accordance with the Company's policy
• Develop services to compete in the hotel market, present as an E2E Solution (LDL Project) to meet the goals
• control and develop the work system workflow and support staff training to develop personnel and improve work processes for maximum efficiency
• Coordinate with external organizations or associations to create an image. build good relationship To promote the products and services of the agency

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher 10 years of relevant work experience
• Have skills and experience in managing the sales team for corporate customers. (experience in Property Business or Hotel group will be an advantage)
• Knowledge and understanding of the copyright business of Content TV channels, the TV system of the project
• Have the ability to build good relationship and communication with internal departments and external customers.
• Good command of English
