Develop the company’s presence in the Shoppertainment and/or Social Commerce industry that lead to business growth and expansion of Hepmil Thailand
Pitch and develop new business opportunities for our TikTok products to agencies and advertisers in Thailand
Innovate on new products and strategize business plan to achieve the objective and revenue targets of the company, especially for Shoppertainment and/or Social Commerce related campaigns
Create proposals for strategic client partnerships related to activating our creators for campaigns
Collaborate media proposals creation for incoming campaigns by working with the regional team in Singapore
Maintaining relationships with key accounts, leading top-level conversations with clients specially long-term partnerships
Networking and building relationships with new clients and the industries' bodies.
Consistent rigor working with the regional team and cross-functional teams to achieve targets and operational glitch free
Supervise and mentor Business Development and Account Management team
Requirements:
Preferably 10 years+ of background and experience in Client Servicing, Digital Sales & Marketing, or Business Development in Advertising and Media
Strong understanding and interest in Shoppertainment, Creator Economy and consumer trends on social media
Possess connections with agencies and advertisers in Thailand
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgment skills.
Able to manage tight deadlines with strong leadership and project management skills
An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.
Experience handling regional campaigns is a plus.
