YOUR MISSION:
Support retail customer and Puma Commercial team (Sales / Marketing / Retail / Visual and Merchandising) to achieve financial goal and mid / long term business growth by providing competitor movement / analyze historical sell out and Monitor consumer / shopper / Customer trend with suggested action plan for retail customer / Puma team.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Analysed Historical sell out data, and inventory Structure. - Understand product Flow in each season.
- Provide forecast sales and Stock movement with proper action plan if needed.
- Manage launching new product/ Inventory and shipment process.
- Monitor campaign / product launch and shipment to ensure all pre-order have been pick on time.
- Work closely with operation / merchandising for product delivery process status.
YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Economic
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Experience working for Retail Business / Sporting Goods / Fashion / Electronic.
- Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, if Power Query)
- Outlook
- SAP / Power BI
- English: Moderate (Business level)
